In the Finnish language “Tuma” means Nucleus/Core. That’s why it fits perfectly to one of my main
sticker called “the Virus”. My favourite motives are a mix of pixelart, horror, insects and other freaky
stuff. I would call my style some kind of “horrortrash”.
Started 2 years ago, made some tiles and paste ups. Later I decided to create my own handmade
stickers.
When I was young I collected stickers. Always loved them. For me it’s the easiest way to put my art on the streets.
Nothing special…until now.
Of course there’s a sticker culture outside. You can follow that here on Instagram
For me it’s important to say that you have to split the culture into 2 sides. There are the real artists
and the wannabes. Real artists make handmade stuff and create their own style. Wannabes are
producing some crap commercial merchandising stickers without passion and any art background.
I don’t try to express something. Doing it just for fun.
Always new ideas in my mind. Stagnation means regression 😉
Traded some stickers to the USA, Portugal and Switzerland. I personally slapped a few stickers in Finland for example. Wanna see my stickers everywhere, cause it’s always funny to see your own stuff in other countries.
Stay true to yourself. Never try to copy other styles. Never give up, if your stickers got hated.
The film, music and videogame industry inspires me. Otherwise I’m doing my own style.
I would like to suggest Cause i said so.
Thank you and good night.
