ohzlvart comes from a simple code I came up with when I was 16. Ohzlv simply translates to Lewis, I am lewis. So ohzlvart is Lewis-art.

I put up my first sticker when I was about 22. I’ve always wanted people to be able to enjoy my art so stickers are a great way to put stuff out into the world quickly! The fist ever sticker I put up was a 1ft by 1ft drawing of a gorilla called Niko. I saw a picture of him in the news paper on his birthday and he was gifted some roses, he did not look pleased.
I like putting stickers up to give everyone something different to look at on their everyday journey. Hopefully it will spark creative thoughts in others.
when I was younger, my friends always used to kick me in the nuts. I must have a pair of steel as I have my 3rd child on the way!
I see the sticker culture as great fun! It connects artists from around the world! I feel everyone should give it a go!
it is most certainly art! I feel everyone involved with stickers is trying to put themselves out there! It’s self expression, it’s like saying this is me, I am here!
I’m an ever changing person so I always have something new I’m planning on doing. I’m constantly coming up with new art styles, I draw how I feel basically. So expect plenty of different things to come from me in future!
The furthest my stickers have traveled is America but the furthest I’ve ever been is Italy I would love my stickers everywhere, but especially Norway! It’s the place I would like to visit more than anywhere else.
I would say to people starting to get into stickers to just be themselves, try to express you! Don’t do what you feel people expect you to do. Aim to stand out and stay true to who you are!
Instagram is full of great artists. many I would consider really good friends! They have been there when I have been really low in myself and they always check in on me if I’ve been quiet for a while. So I have to say thanks for being there @bentoghoul, @prawncoktail, you guys are awesome! Other great artist that keep me inspired are @boyishmind, @kamil.d.v, @ruffymutt.
I could go on but the list would be pages long!
I am calling for @dno__slaps for the next interview. He’s an all round nice guy and he was the first person I ever traded stickers with!
I would like to say thank you for the interview, I’ve never done anything like this and with my mental health this was quite hard to do but in doing so I’ve proven something to myself. Things may be hard at times, you may even feel like they are impossible to overcome, but there is always a way and you will get there in the end.
